With over four decades of distinguished service in the Indian Railways, Mr. Krishna Gopal Singh brings unparalleled expertise in law, public policy, and organizational leadership. Serving in the Law Division, he has represented Indian Railways in numerous legal proceedings, managing everything from legislative compliance and documentation to client communication, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
Mr. Singh is a law graduate with deep knowledge of legal literature and procedures, and his contributions have significantly shaped the legal and regulatory compliance frameworks within one of India’s largest public institutions. His expertise has helped streamline documentation practices and ensure adherence to legal requirements in complex operational environments.
In addition to his legal accomplishments, Mr. Singh has more than 30 years of experience in management and administration, having led several social and educational initiatives, including the development of two intermediate government schools. His leadership reflects a balanced blend of discipline, vision, and commitment to public service.
Beyond his professional life, Mr. Singh was a well-known sports personality in his youth, embodying the spirit of determination and teamwork that he continues to pass on to younger professionals today.

Mr. Ashish Kumar Singh

Mechanical Engineer | Quality & Compliance Expert | Global Standards Advisor
Ashish Kumar Singh, the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Edicent Quality Registrar (EQR), brings over 14 years of diverse and accomplished industry experience in quality assurance and control, design, production, vendor management, customer communication, auditing, and leadership development. A Mechanical Engineering graduate of 2011, he began his career in India’s defense sector, contributing to high-precision projects involving missile handling systems, defense radars, and launchers across mechanical, metal, electrical, and electronics domains. He has successfully handled strategic defense clients like BEL and DRDO, managing all aspects of design, production, and quality assurance.
In 2014, he co-founded EQR, driven by a mission to provide globally trusted certification, inspection, and advisory services. Prior to EQR, he served as an Assistant Manager at a UK-based certification body, where he led the product certification and inspection department for Asia, overseeing operations in diverse regulatory frameworks.
Ashish has advised and trained on 500+ international product and management standards, including CE, USFDA, ISI, ISO, IEC, FCC, CDSCO, BEE, NABH, NABL, NAAC, NABET, and more—across sectors such as mineral ore excavation, metal fabrication, electrical & electronic manufacturing, defense, aerospace, medical devices, healthcare, education, and civil infrastructure.
Known for his strategic leadership, project planning, competency development, and a deep commitment to innovation, Ashish is a recognized voice in global certification practices. He is a member of NQOCN and actively involved in international partnerships for certification, testing, and training.
A state-level sportsman in his youth and a talented sketch artist, Ashish also played key leadership roles throughout his school and college life. He has been participated and shortlisted for multiple national and international innovation challenges, including those organized by SIDM (Society of Indian Defence Manufacturers), food harvesting with optimal water use technology, water purification and conservation, and forest fire mitigation.
With a rare blend of technical depth, regulatory insight, and visionary leadership, Ashish Kumar Singh continues to drive EQR toward its mission of delivering integrity-driven, globally aligned certification and advisory solutions.

Dr. Amrita serves as the Work Administration Manager at Edicent Quality Registrar (EQR) and is an IRCA-approved Lead Auditor, bringing a unique combination of linguistic precision, administrative excellence, and audit expertise to the organization. With a doctorate in English language and 7 years of professional experience in work administration and auditing, she plays a critical role in streamlining internal processes and maintaining compliance with global standards.
Her audit credentials include hands-on expertise in international standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 22000 (Food Safety) and SA 8000 (Social Accountability). Her approach is defined by a strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a deep understanding of integrated management systems.
At EQR, she leads audit coordination, documentation control, client communication, and ensures effective implementation of compliance protocols across departments. Her dual strengths in language and systems allow her to bridge communication gaps, enhance team productivity, and ensure smooth project execution within regulatory frameworks.
